Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we cannot commit to shipments arrival estimation!

Since all our items are handmade it can take up to 10 woking days for us to make and ship your order. Standard Shipping from Israel takes up to 21 days overseas.
However the package can be delayed in the event of holidays or bad weather, if you have not received the package after 30 days please contact us. Once the package is shipped we will provide a tacking number.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.‍

If your purchase is not as you expected, please contact us so we can see if we can work it out. If you wish to return your purchase, please send it back within 14 business days after receiving it and provide a tracking number. We will send you a full refund through PayPal (not including shipping costs), after we recived the item back in the same condition we sent it.
